Children’s and Youth Network Training Event
Saturday 7 February 2009, 9.30am – 3.45pm
Led by members of the Guildford Diocesan Children’s Team, Camberley YFC, Scripture Union & St Peter’s Church staff.
All day FREE training event for adults and teenagers, volunteer or paid, who work with children and young people. Although it’s free you will need to pre register, & bring your own lunch.
Youth Culture, Running midweek groups for 7-11s, Using Drama, ‘What realistic expectations can we have regarding the impact of our ministry on the young person?’, Godly Play, Running midweek groups for 11-14s, Children with Severe Special Needs, ‘Dealing with difficult young people.’ Puppets, Children in the 21st C, A listening ear – bring your troubles & struggles for some sharing time, Guitar Hero chill out zone, bookstall.
